Notes: This is another recipe that pushes the 40 minute mark when working alone. There is quite a bit of chopping and multiple things happening at once. I started the broiler on low which was a mistake. ATK should update their book with broiler settings for modern ovens. I sent this to a friend of mine from India, and he laughs at my Garam Masala spice since he makes his own. I'll save that for when my children are grown.
