Recipe: Alton Brown Fish Taco
Needs: Use "fresh" fish
Notes: This is our go-to fish recipe. We love it, our guests love it, and it's super easy! We usually go with homemade salsa, but this time we did a 1 part siracha to 3 parts mayo sauce.
Living in Central Illinois, we're stuck with Meijer tilapia. The fish from the counter seems to be better than the frozen bags.

Notes: This tasted like a jambalaya or gumbo. I have no idea what a fricassee is supposed to be. I'd probably add more vegetables out of personal preference next time.

Needs: Love this salad!
Notes: Sam's Club sells 2 lb bags of brussel sprouts, perfect for this recipe. The recipe says to slice thin? We just put the slicer on our food processor, and we're done slicing in 30 seconds.

Notes: I was the knife master on this one, no idea how the recipe went down. We made this Monday night and ate it Tuesday night. It had way to much ginger in it to make a great dinner. However, I ate it for lunch on Wednesday and it was just right.
